IC695CRU320 backup to USB?
Is this redundant CPU capable of USB backup of program and config?

IC695CRU320 is an older CPU that does not support USB program backup/restore. You could consider upgrading to the IC695CPE330, the IC695CPE330 does support USB program backup/restore.
