DeltaV simulate standalone system installation Error

Dears,

I was trying to install the DeltaV simulate standalone V13.3.1 in windows 10 64 bit  & getting this error. Can anyone help me to fix the error.

  Seeing a CRC error makes me think of a disk problem. I guess this has nothing to do with the DeltaV installation as such.
  So, check your disk for quality.

  Hi Rajeev
  As Martin said, it is a disk problem (structure, not hardware).
  If your DV installation source is a CD/DVD, check and clean the disk surface.

  When I received 14.3, I had similar issues with the DVDs - I had to request for replacement DVDs...

  You can download new media from the Guardian Website, and also run the checksum validation to ensure the downloads are valid. This requires a Guardian account. Much faster than ordering new DVD/s
