DeltaV BOI installed on VM and modules assigned to Proplus. Can recipe be executed?

Hello,

I have a DeltaV 14 installed on VM (VSpere VM Ware) and have assigned all the modules to Proplus and have enabled Batch Executive. But while trying to run UP/OP from BOI get an error "Cannot Communicate to phase logic (unsol)".

Not sure why is this ha penning and have never seen this error before.

  We have multiple stand-alone systems with a running batch application, so it should work.
  Are the unit-modules also assigned and downloaded to Pro+?
  Are all area's assigned to the BEX on Pro+?
  Seperate 'download equipment' on BEX also helps sometimes.
  From batch application manager there should be a complete list of the phases and 'verify phases' should give some results.

  We have a similar issue on V14.3 Simulate standalone. Unable to run recipes due to failure "Cannot communicate to the phase logic" All Phases are good. All units as assigned and downloaded to Pro+, Batch Area assigned to Batch executive, Downloaded BEX, Downloaded Equipment, Downloaded Pro+. Appreciate if anyone have any suggestions. Thanks
