DeltaV Campaign Manager Web API using C# Web Form

I am trying to connect to the Campaign Manager Web API using a C# Web Form. I am writing the C# web form in Visual Studio 2019 on a non DeltaV domain and the Web Service is running on a different Domain on the DeltaV Network. Has anyone had any luck and if so could you reply with some examples of what it looks like? Thanks.

  I have made some progress but it has mostly been a project for fun so I only spend my free time on it. Whenever i get it up and working I will post back to this post.
