Hi All,
I would like to apologize ahead of time if i use the incorrect terminology, but here is my question.
We are running DeltaV 12.3 at our site. We have many RTS configured and underneath each we have six sessions that we have on thin clients throughout the field. We have a VIEWONLY account that automatically logs into the session when the DeltaV application is launch from the OIT. This VIEWONLY account is at times being kicked off and now the logged in account is "<NONE>". We have Wyse Device Manager that we can remote shadow these sessions in order to find any issues. I would like to attempt to historize the logged in account in our OSI PI historian is there a OPC tag/parameter a can browse to, to see if the logged in account is VIEWONLY, some operator account, or the <NONE>? We are not seeing this when a physical user is logged onto the machine and using it.
Has anyone done this or have any recommendations/comments specifically for browsing to these tags? Any help would be appreciated.
