E & H Make Cerabar S rev 7 unable to commission FF device

Have you ever been face this issue?

While commissioning Endress and hausser Cerabar  S rev 7 device

Error is pop out saying

Error: The name "FB001100" is already used in context

In details: 

Error:Unable to add component block to block

Error:Unable to open logical device

Because of this i cudnt commission the device. Help me out.

We emerson have already tested this cerabar S rev 7 dd file.
