AO block degrading to Manual.

We are seeing a situation on DeltaV version 11 in simulate,  were randomly the AO block in a configuration degrades to manual.  Is there any situation that can cause this?

  James, Yes it is a the entire system is virtual, multiple ASN's etc. Large system about 6000 CM's. The AO's blocks randomly degrade to manual without warning. Not all and not always the same one. And we cannot repeat. We do not see this on any other systems just this configuration.
