DeltaV operate parameter

Hi

I see in faceplate this parameter "sResString (x)" but , can not find any reference. what is this parameter? how can find the reference ? how can open TGS files?

  This is a text file located in the "DeltaV\DVDATA\Graphics-iFix\Pic\Standard" directory used for language localization. You can modify them and add additional native language text as needed but don't modify entries that are already occupied, you can modify the blank entries.
  
  The value (x) refers to the entry number in the text file.
