Can you be more specific? Which application within DeltaV are you inquiring about?
Did you mean Pause (not Parse), Ok, and Cancel?
have you installed your DeltaV on Laptop or Virtual Machine?
specially, in DeltaV Rev11 i had this problem and all Parse, Ok and cancel get invisible whenever i clicked on any buttons. i suggest to install the DeltaV in a PC.
as i checked, it happens whenever the screen resolution is changed, specially in Laptop or a virtual machine.

Right click on a empty area in the desktop and then click on "Screen Resolution"
2. Click on the "Make text and other items larger or smaller" link
3. Select the display resolution
-Smaller = 96 dpi (100%)
4. Log off and then re-logon or restart the computer to apply the changes.
