PCSD DeltaV Operate DeltaV #14.3.1

Hi! I have to work with PCSD libraries for a project. I noticed that another team have used PCSD v13d in DeltaV 14.3.1 in another project, while I'm using PCSD v14 for DeltaV 14.3.1

1. Are there any issues at using PCSDv13d for DeltaV 14.3.1? 

2. Which is recommended to use for DeltaV 14.3.1?
