Bulk Edit Import not working

I am trying to import this Bulk Edit file, and for some reason it doesn't recognize the module name and says it does not exist, despite there clearly being a column module_name in the file. Any idea?

    Are you trying to create new modules from the bulk edit?  If so, ensure that your format specification file does not have module_name checked for "Must exist".

    That worked. But the question now is....why was it a problem to have module_name as "must exist", especially since it did exist?

    I believe must Exist refers to the database, not the import file. If these items don't exist in the database, the line is not processed. A module needs a plant area and eventually a controller assignment. If must exist is selected, and the module does not exist, it is not created. This is for Imports intended to update module instances. with specific information and does not include all the data for creating the module, such as the template name and such.
