DeltaV Operate frozen when configure Scheduler for V14.3

I’m trying to create an Event Based Schedule in DeltaV Operate to run some VBA code in the background when an event is triggered. However, when trying to create the event, the system seems to freeze up when adding the trigger. I need to shut down DeltaV Operate Configure. Is there an issue using the scheduler? Am I modifying the schedule incorrectly? Our DeltaV system is V14.3.1 Build 7288.
