Emerson Process has started another round of 2013 PwoC in China and Ningbo is the first stop for its East region. Remote Automation Solutions (RAS), as one of its Business Units, successfully joined the activity in Westin Hotel, Ningbo city of Zhejiang province on 15 May 2013.
For this event, RAS brought its RTU and Flow Computer demo with the new feature of WirelessHART interface, and introduced its tank farm SCADA solution with wireless applications.
The WirelessHART FloBoss 107 and WirelessHART ControlWave Micro demos were displayed in the ‘Operate & Manage’ booth to show their new features with benefits. Their self-organizing wireless Mesh network and auto recognition are able to justify easy installation on the site. The self healing network and 99% field proof bring customers high reliability. In addition, with the industry standard 128-bit AES encryption and device authentication they make you not necessary to worry about the security issue.
During the afternoon session, RAS also presented SCADA solutions for tank farm automation with wireless RTU and Flow Computer application. It showed our SCADA system and hardware capabilities together with our vehicle loading system application, which are able to work well with other third party software, application and ERP system on top of them.
In the booth area, we also interactively communicated with the attendees who are interested in our solutions and new feature product by answering their questions and sharing our knowledge and experience. Mutual understanding facilitates both the customers and us to solve any problem the face in future.
