GAO Report on Crude Oil Exports

New report by the General Accounting Office (GAO) on the benefits and pitfalls of removing export bans.  The report suggests that removing crude oil export restrictions is likely to increase domestic crude oil prices but decrease consumer fuel prices.  This is due to the lower cost of crude in the NA market versus the rest of the world.  For a full summary of the approach http://www.gao.gov/products/GAO-14-807
