Emerson Exchange 365

Hello,

I am new to AMS and a novice DD writer as well, and I am having difficulty getting HART 7 burst mode working on AMS 12.5. 

Currently our device has full HART 7 burst mode functionality and works in the 475 simulator, as well as the SDC 625. But when

I add the DD to AMS 12.5, the burst mode page does not populate and I get the following error message:

Value has not been read yet.

this pops up for every field from the following list:

• Mode (on off)
• Hart Cmd to burst
• Update Period
• Max update period
• Trigger Mode
• Trigger Units
• Trigger Level

Any help would be much appreciated, let me know if you would like DD code too
