Session Abstract
This presentation discusses developing integrated work process between the contractor and manufacturer to reduce complexity and deliver cost, schedule, and quality certainty across the project lifecycle. Fluor and Emerson Process Management have developed a project execution model to deliver capital projects on time and on budget. The presentation will provide an overview, with examples, of an integrated project execution model to reduce project risk and achieve schedule and cost certainty while maintaining quality, reducing errors, and eliminating delays.
