Session Abstract
The first concern many people have when considering wireless in their process plant is "how do I secure it?" Faced with the fear and uncertainty of the different types of wireless attacks that are publicised in the media (Denial of Service, Rogue Access Point, Honeypot, etc.) and the complexity of deploying a robust security system, many give in to their fear. This presentation demonstrates how both WirelessHART and Wi-Fi networks are fully secured using both basic and advanced security features, and how to integrate the wireless and wired security systems.
