2012 Emerson Exchange Conference Update

The Emerson Exchange Board of Directors gathered this week for our last face-to face meeting before the 2012 Conference in Anaheim.  This year’s conference will be held on October 8-12th in Anaheim, CA. Everyone is working hard to insure that we have another outstanding event. Between now and the start of the Conference, the Board will be using the Emerson Exchange 365 forum to keep users informed, and to help attendees get the most out of the conference.

Register Now! The Early-Bird registration period ends on August 14th.  If you are planning to attend and have not yet registered, don’t delay.  Registering early gives you the best conference rate and provides a better opportunity to get into the preferred hotels.  Emerson Exchange gives automation professionals a valuable opportunity to Connect in with industry peers and leaders at one amazing conference! There's no better place to discover a new idea, and discuss the latest technologies with the engineers, users, and other experts who have implemented them.

Start Planning Now with the Personal Scheduler! The Personal Scheduler was launched this week.  This dynamic tool will enable you to create a personalized conference agenda online, and then print your agenda for use during the conference. With over 400 individual sessions, this tool will greatly assist you with maximizing your time and investment in the conference. You can add workshops, short courses, meetings, events, and other sessions to your calendar or simply select them as "items of interest". Being a dynamic scheduler – as changes are made to the master schedule of events, your personal agenda will be modified accordingly.  The Personal Scheduler also allows you to automatically download your personalized schedule to your smartphone or other calendar application, by following simple online instructions. You can also get access to your personal schedule via the Emerson Exchange Mobile App at the conference.
