If you are presenting at Emerson Exchange in Anaheim and like me, the deadline has snuck up to get your presentation submitted. Per the Presenter and Co-Presenter FAQs, your initial draft of your presentation should be uploaded to the Speaker Resource Center (SRC) by Monday, July 2.

Here are some of the additional milestones from the FAQ:

• July 2 - Due: Book hotel room at Hilton Anaheim
• July 16 - Due: Audio Visual special requests submitted to Andi Davison
• July 23 - By this date, your track mentor should have provided any feedback on initial PowerPoint presentation. Please apply feedback and resubmit the revised presentation.
• July 25-31 - If you met the July 2 initial PPT presentation deadline and fee waiver approval guidelines, then you will receive an email with instructions to register for the conference.
• August 1 - Check your session schedule in the Personal Scheduler or "My Schedule" menu item in the SRC
• August 13 - Due: Final PPT presentations uploaded in SRC
• Presentations are prepared for conference USB memory sticks, no PPT changes after this date.
• August 15 - Due: All presenters / co-presenters should be registered for the conference
• September 1-30 - Confirm travel arrangements to the conference. Practice Presentation
