If you're not sure how to join a track, see question #1 in the FAQ. Also, each track has a members tab, so you can see who has joined the group and you can encourage your friends and colleagues to join if they are not there.

We have many members who have joined the community but have not joined any tracks who would benefit from your nudge. Everyone's profile page includes a group list widget (lower right) that shows the groups they have joined.

Your participation with questions and discussions will also help more people find the track and want to join.
