The 2013 Emerson Global Users Exchange Americas is fast approaching - it will be our biggest and best yet! We want to take a moment to provide you with a few bits of information to help you get the most from your conference experience.

BADGE PICKUP
Badge Pickup will be located on the 3rd floor of the Gaylord Texan Convention Center. Check in at a Cyber Café computer, and then proceed to the Badge Pickup Window indicated on the computer screen to get your badge and conference materials.
NOTE: Each attendee must pick up his/her own badge and provide a valid photo identification (i.e. drivers licenses, passport, etc.)

Badges must be worn at all conference related activities and meals, including evening and guest events. Please do not lend your badge to anyone. You must pick up your own badge; it cannot be picked up by another attendee.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Gaylord Texan Transportation Services provides daily roundtrip shuttle service from area airports to the Gaylord Hotel. Call +1 817 778 2277 or book online.

Taxis are available outside baggage claim at all area airports.

Emerson Exchange goes mobile! Emerson Exchange Mobile App is the official mobile app for getting the most out of attending Emerson Exchange 2013. Emerson Exchange Mobile App is a web-based app designed to work seamlessly across all Smartphone devices including iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry, Android, Windows, or any other web-based Smartphone. DRESS
Dress for all conference sessions and exhibit hours is business casual attire. Don't forget to pack your favorite team's jersey for Thursday night at AT&T Stadium; dress for this event is casual (jeans, knee length shorts and tennis shoes are acceptable).
