Thought this was interesting and wondering what type of learning you think works best for you. Also wondering about the best training you ever remember attending and what you though made it great.

I think one of my favorties was an introduction to Quality that I had here at Emerson. They used the learning by donuts method where they asked questions and gave donuts to people who answered. It really helped to get me engaged.
