Good Day, we recently invested in wireless vibration monitoring and are using AMS Machinery Health Manager to manage our trends, time waves and spectrums. We have two receivers and everything worked fine. On the 12th of November AMS MHM stopped capturing data even though on the Modbus Import it shows collecting. We tried re-mapping and starting new databases from scratch but AMS MHM just don’t want to save the data and are not giving any error messages. In the DataImport log file I found the following error message >Storage can not be started on this Data Source since Data Source to Measurement Point mapping required by the Storage Manager is unavailable.< If anyone can assist it will be highly appreciated.
