bad faceplate value

Hi all,

Could you please help me to solve this issue mentioned below:

in some different pictures, few of dynamos do not show the current value in face plate but they show the values in the picture only,i.e for the operator the dynamo is working properly (shows the module values) but when double click on it (face plate does popup) the reading value in the face plate shows as stars !!! with message of:

1073479673(C0040007) 11LI-0115/AI1/PV.CV: the item definition does not exist within servers address space

I have tried some things but it didn't work as described:

- I have copied healthy dynamo and linked with required module but nothing changed,

- I have used "update Popup picture" tool in DeltaV Config but no result,

  It seems like DVSYS. prefix is missing from the faceplate configuration, however if other modules using the same dynamo and therefore faceplate don't have problem, then perhaps the difference is between the modules throwing errors and all others.  Are they of different class?  Ensure you are truly using the file you are troubleshooting by switching to configure as soon as you open faceplate.  In configure look at the MRU list in File Menu to see what faceplate file was most recently used.  What function does the click event on the dynamo use?
