Just around the corner! Here's what you need to know.

The 2012 Emerson Global Users Exchange Americas is fast approaching - it will be our biggest and best yet! We want to take a moment to provide you with a few bits of information to help you get the most from your conference experience.


Badge Pickup will be located on the 2nd floor of the Hilton Anaheim hotel. Check in at a Cyber Café computer, and then proceed to the Badge Pickup Window indicated on the computer screen to get your badge and conference materials.

NOTE: Each attendee must pickup his/her own badge and provide a valid photo identification (i.e. drivers licenses, passport, etc)

  • Monday 7:00am - 7:00pm
  • Tuesday 7:00am - 7:00pm
  • Wednesday 7:00am - 7:00pm
  • Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday 7:30am - 12:00pm

Badges must be worn at all conference related activities and meals, including evening and guest events. Please do not lend your badge to anyone. You must pickup your own badge; it cannot be picked up by another attendee.


The Hilton Anaheim does not provide airport shuttle service; however Super Shuttle services all area airports and has extended a special discount to Emerson Exchange attendees. Book your transportation online to receive the Super Shuttle - Emerson Exchange 10% discount

  • From John Wayne Airport to Hilton: $18.00 per person (round trip) 
  • From Long Beach Airport to Hilton: $66.00 per person (round trip)
  • From Los Angeles Airport to Hilton: $30.00 per person (round trip)
  • From Ontario Airport to Hilton: $82.00 per person (round trip)

Reservations can be booked for one way or round trip service. Discounts will be applied at online checkout. The Hilton Anaheim also has a Super Shuttle representative on property for assistance with reservations to the airport. 

(Note: Hilton Anaheim can be found on the Super Shuttle Hotel / Landmark search page by typing "Hilton and Towers" in the search field. The hotel is listed as "Hilton and Towers - Anaheim" in the Super Shuttle system.) 

Taxis are available outside baggage claim at all area airports.

We have recently been notified that the main entrance of the Hilton Anaheim is undergoing external renovations. If you are arriving via taxi or personal vehicle, you will be redirected to on alternate entrance. Simply follow the signs to the alternate entrance located in the parking garage where you will be greeted by friendly hotel staff. To offset inconvenience due to construction, the Hilton has granted Emerson Exchange guests with complimentary internet in their hotel room.


Due to the construction in front of the Hilton Anaheim, Sheraton guests should proceed to designated pedestrian cross walk across Convention Way, as the West side sidewalk is currently closed. Follow the signs on how to get to the Hilton or the Anaheim Convention Center. If you have any questions, please ask the front desk or concierge at any venue.

Dress for all conference sessions and exhibit hours is business casual attire. Don't forget to pack comfortable walking shoes for Thursday night at Disneyland; dress for this event is casual. It does get cool at night so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket.
