A_PV Changed without A_COMMAND

Hello All,

I am troubleshooting an issue with one of the EMs using the PHV data.

We have historized A_COMMAND and A_PV for the EM. While reviewing the EM PHV data, we noticed that A_PV changed from its current state to Undefined and then to a new state. However, during this time, the A_Command was undefined.

Is there any reason for A_PV to change without the command?
