Modules still appears in version control despite being deleted

Hello,

I have deleted 2 modules from the database, but they still appears in version control as you can see in the picture.

The first and the last module in this picture are no longer in the database:

How can i suppress these 2 Modules definitively ?

  Thank you, i have synchronize version control database and now i dont see anymore the deleted modules.
