When signing in you have two options:

EE365 has the convenience of offering both a Sign-in name and an Email address for a log in option. Ensure that the appropriate button is selected and you’ve entered the right information. (In other words, don't enter your email address in the sign-in name and visa versa. Also note that everything is space, symbol, and case sensitive.)

You can reset your password by entering your account's email.
