Hi everyone
 I have the licenses with the serial numbers "VE21XXXXXXXX VE31XXXXXXXX ..."? that I cannot share them in the forum, I want to know the details for each license? and how can I install them?
could you guide me to contact an emerson online agent ??

  The VExxxx are product numbers, not serial numbers. Without the entire string, they mean nothing. You can go online to Emerson's website to locate the appropriate support channel for your world area. Google is your friend...
