Create rolling averages for an emissions system

I'm doing a CEMS conversion from a PLC to DeltaV and struggling with building a control module to support the rolling averages for the 1min, 15min and hourly averages. has anybody done this type of code?

  Yes I have done these types of calculations in DeltaV. I provided a customer with a complete CEMS on two waste fuel power boilers a few years ago. Feel free to reach out to me at Scott.Pettigrew@Emerson.com if you want specifics.
