Hello , can someone point me to location of latest firmare files for CHARMS, CIOCS, controllers and i/o card?

    What you need are the hotfix bundles for your version of DeltaV. For each major version, these are listed in a KBA. The KBA has links to download them. After you download and install them on your proplus, you use the Controller Upgrade Utility (Start/DeltaV/Installation) to flash them.
