Vim 2 , not commissioned, windows server 2008 r2

I'm trying to commission a VIM 2, but can not find on the screen decommissioned in another pc test if I get the option decommissioned in the pc where I have to install, I have OS Windows Server 2008 R2 sp1 , vim2 card.

  Can you describe your architecture in a bit more detail? I'm confused on exactly what you are trying to do on what workstations.
  
  Are you using workstation "Test" to try and commission a VIM2? If so, do you have workstation "Test" plugged into the same network swtich as the VIM2?
  
  Commonly, Windows Firewall will prevent a workstation from being able to see the VIM or VIM2 when decommissioned. I would suggest disabling this temporarily until you have completed commissioning.
  
  Also, please verify that you have installed the latest version of VIMNet Explorer. Sometimes a new version of this software clears up detection issues.
