    Are you sure you have the right part number? In the IC694BEM line (the set of RX3i series communication modules), I can find a BEM320, 321, 331, 340, and 341. It is possible that there was a 330 once upon a time, but it is also possible that it was obsoleted.

    What is the function you need to perform on what platform?
