Module Parameters in Dynamo that generate a skip error, but still work

Hello everyone.  I have a dynamo that generates the skip all error that a parameter is missing in operate, but it appears that it still works.  Attached is a screen shot.  When you hover over the dynamo it pops up the tool tip description. When  you use the selector to toggle between tag/description/friendly/none that works as well.  I tried creating a datalink tag in operate to see what the values were and I get the parameter does not exist error there as well.  Just looking for some insight into this.  Thanks!

  The description parameter is stored in each workstation and not the controller as part of the setup data transferred through yellow pages. Is all the setup data downloaded to the workstation in question?

  Yes, I have done full workstation downloads, setup data downloads, etc. This makes sense, because after I do the download they normally get a lot of skip/skip all popups again.
