Delta V system handover

Dear Friends

I would like to do handover for Delta V system from project team to operator and maintenance teams, so what the main item should I check or steps I have to mention? or any handover form available.

I appreciates your help

  If you have SAT procedure, it is better to do according that procedure.
  But some main Items(Except I/O check) that normally to be checked and handover is as below:
  
  1- checking the DeltaV revision, Controller type and all license based on approved technical proposal, project MR and project specifications.
  2- Network , Controller , Power supply and any other redundant module redundancy check
  3- Controller load statues
  4- Workstations specification and quantity
  5- System behavior after Total Downloading.
  6- Verification all controller one by one
  7- User account and security points
  8- graphical customized dynamo based on FDS
  9- Class based module based on FDS
  10 - DeltaV Media and project Backup after SAT
