Deltav SP file name

The service pack file for DELTAV system is a single file or multiple files? (for example one single zip file). I have some Hot fix from Emerson but I do not know which one is SP file. Someone  know the exact name of SP1 for Deltav Ver 9.3 ?

  Hi Mohsen

  It's a package of multiple files stored on the CD #3.

  On this CD, there is "DeltaV Service Pack 9.3.1.msi" file.

  There is also Windows server 2003 "KB" file for OS SP2 version and various help files.

  With version 9.3, I only got CDs.

  Did you searh fro this file on your DVDs ?

  Of course, you can ask for this package to Emerson.
