Interlock Documenting

Is there a tool that can interrogate a FHX file and generate an interlock list in Excel, Access or something?  I understand this can be accomplished painfully with bulk edit but looking for something a little more user friendly and robust.  I

  Hi and sorry: only my thougts and ideas to the questions - not an answer:
  
  I searched for something similar a couple of years ago, without any luck. Afterwards we decided to create an excel file collecting the necessary interlock parameters (description, delay, expression, etc.) via the DeltaV Excel Add-In. Within the given excel and vba features we were able to design the output report "prettier" for the operational use.
  
  An advantage is that every taken report shows only current online values - no change or documentation task could be "forgotten"
  A disadvantage is that you have to be aware of every new control module including interlocks, because you have to add it to the report manually

  I use a user-defined export file for this type of thing.
