cant log in in a operate workstation

hello , i have a problem whit it .

when i try to log in ,  in the dialog box only appears  the operate user and cant se the other users .

the dialog box of user and password disappeared.

and askme a acard reader not istalled .ç

few wees ago . ther was no problem with the log in .

user and password dialog box aoppeared.

  This maybe a case of a station that needs a download. You may want to login to the PRO+ as an administrator or engineer then download the operator station in DeltaV Explorer.
  
  In case this is a demo or simulation system there is a possibility that the DeltaV database may have been changed with the operator station not included in the new database. It is also possible that the operator station is transferred to a different DeltaV system or connected to a different PRO+. Adding the operator station to the new database or system and do an operator station download may resolve the issue.
  
  In case this is a live system you may want to check if there are changes in the system before this issue.
