In particular, they address PID options that enhance cascade and override applications and allow effective single loop control using a sampled or wireless measurement.
They discuss how DeltaV MPC may be easily applied with no changes in the existing control strategy as well as the benefits of a future tool that is currently being tested in two field trials – continuous data analytics.
