I am using the Deltav Logger to print the Alarm and Events on virtual printer for alarm analysis  software.

But every time I open DeltaV logger a popup windows opened up saying Server Busy.It has 3 options switch to , Activate and Cancel.

When I press Switch to , Cursor moves to start button of Windows.

I press Activate ,nothing happens.

I press Cancel, nothing happens.

I am not able to Change the printer for DeltaV logger nor am able to make any changes in DeltaV logger Configuration.

Please suggest the sollution.
