I have created a new module but no matter what I try it will not let me edit it. It only opens 'Read only'. I have reviewed some older threads on this issue and checked the following:

• I am a DeltaV administrator so its not a permissions issue
• The module is checked out to me
• It is not class based
• It is not assigned to a controller yet so I am not in online/debug mode
• The area the module is in, is assigned to the workstation I am using and the remote session I am using

However, I can edit modules in other areas so perhaps there is something going on with the plant area.

Some other things that might be relevant:

• It is a state based equipment module
• I am connecting via a remote session
• We are using a floating license, but the license manager says I have the engineering license.
