User manager is greyed out with DeltaV admin and domain admin

I am DeltaV administration and in the DeltaV domain admin group. I compared the domain group information with my colleague. All the settings are the same. Has anyone had this issue before? Thank you.

  I have seen the same thing — if the domain isn’t selected in User Manager, it just greys out

  Thank you for your quick reply. In my case, the domain is selected. That is weird.
