Chart Builder pulling up wrong tag #

When you right click to add a loop PV/SP/OUT on certain loops the tag that is populated in the Chart Builder is not the same tag #. Almost like it has a default tag#. It will populate the PV/SP/OUT portion of the tag correctly, but the module tag# portion is incorrect. It is not all of the module tags but appears to be two graphic pages in particular. There are module tags on these specific pages that will work though. If I go in to Quick Edit in DeltaV Operate everything for the setup of the graphic looks correct.

  The scripting on the dynamo (assuming it is a dynamo) has variables that contain this information and should have been updated when dynamo is edited.
  
  Click that object in Edit mode and search for TIC-321-073 including scripts and see what it finds (you may have more that are using the TIC tag that you're not aware of). The object column will give you the path of where that reference is being used but you can use the Replace option as well but I would suggest doing preview before replacing all to ensure it is correct first.
