HART Device Scans in DeltaV Explorer but not AMS

I can auto-sense the device from DeltaV Explorer, and it comes in as a Rosemount 8732E Rev5, and everything looks good. 

In AMS if i try to identify the device, it says "No Device Found"

Any ideas? Thanks!
