Can not modify properties in control studio

I'm not sure what happened but I can no longer modify properties within control studio. It won't even let me change the description of a module. Just leaves OK grayed out. I have to go do it from the same properties box from DV Explorer. My session is licensed as ProStation full span.

  Are you trying to modify a class based module?

  Are you able to modify in explorer?

  At the bottom of the explorer window do you see your user and configure all/download all?

  Is your user an admin or do have all the required permissions/groups set?

  Tried logging out and back in?

  Download ProPlus setup data?

  Are you a domain user?

  Any changes to the domain?

  Does it work on other stations?

  Are you doing this locally or via a base station?

  Sorry about all the questions but typically these are the ones that cause issues or indicate where a problem may lay.

  All those questions seem to check out. I wonder if it has something to do with a different question i had. My user account got weird and i didn't have any of the deltaV software showing up. I created a new administrator account and that one seems to show everything.

  nope, i created a new user account and i still can't modify properties (description for instance) within control studio

  Are you able to modify per normal in explorer? It seems like you are trying to modify a class based module which won't work from studio.

  One additional question: Are you trying to modify a module's properties from Control Studio Online? You need to be in Edit mode to make changes.

  Is the module opening in REad Only mode in control Studio. It will say so in the window header.

  Thought about this a little more, I have run into this when sessions aren't logged out of, check and see if you don't have a bunch of stale sessions that need to be booted.
