Hi,
we upgraded AMS from Version 12 to version14.1
The way we are set up we have Honeywell DCS System. There are comtrol cards which strip HART data via a serial cable from honeywell card. There is an X amount of comtrol cards per plant which are in series going via RS485 to ethernet convertor to the AMS server plus.
So we had to change the convertor in individual plant which we did. We can scan all MOXA's( convertor) using MOXA admin suite. But when I go to AMS version 14.1 I cannot see any comtrols hence I cannot scan any device.
Any suggestions what am i doing wrong?
