Solenoid valve

I have inquire in the plant that work on it they have solenoid valve with the control valve the solenoid location in the instrument air line and the 24 V dc is coming from the CSLS DO charm the and normal action in 0 close the Solenoid and no air inside the actuator ,and 24 Vdc mean the solenoid is open an allow to air to enter inside the actuator , the question is is there type of Solenoid work opposite I mean in 0 vdc open and in 24V dc close
