Help Us Improve our Lifecycle Services Offering...

Emerson is currently conducting interviews with customers who purchase Rosemount products in an effort to better understand the methods and processes our customers use to make decisions about their service needs.

We will use this information to improve our understanding of how and why our customers select service partners, who they are using, and how Emerson can improve our service offerings to better meet our customers’ needs.

 

If you utilize Rosemount products and are involved in the process of selecting service partners (or making the decision to use in-house resources) for startups, turnarounds/outages, routine maintenance, employee training, field audits, or calibration work, we would value the opportunity to speak to you briefly about your experiences.

 

Interviews will be conducted by Emerson via phone and take 45-60 minutes of your time. Upon completion, you will be eligible to receive a $150 USD Visa gift-card for your valuable time.
