micro motion error A21

hi i have problem with micro motion f300 transmitter 2700 showing code A21 , the K1 value from sensor  tag  also I checked the sensor type (curved).

please help to solve this problem.

  Hi Ahmed,

  The most common reason for this error is that the characterization is incorrect.  Make sure you haven't entered values into any of the straight tube fields.  You should check that the following items say the same as what is printed on the sensor tag:

  -Flow calibration factor

  -D1 and D2

  -DTC or DT

  -K1 and K2

  -FD

  the characterization saved same on the tag.
  also my sensor is curved .
  currently , the transmitter showing correct density value 0=air 8.33 = water but no signal from output (4to 20mA ) one I do output test i can get signal same as chosen on hart communicator.
