SZ controller switch over recovery time?

Hi All!

We have problem with SZ controller recovery time in DeltaV system. Some of the signals from SIS are lost in BPCS for 7 minutes after Switched Over occurred. How can we improve or fix this situation?

  Really need your help on this issue. When SZ switch over, we have communication lost with some of the CSLS that connected to BPCS via SZ controller. What is the possible cause of communication lost, and how we can improve it.
